Using the beta
You must be 18 or over, provide accurate information and treat other people respectfully.
Activities
Hosts are responsible for activity descriptions and delivery. Exquisia does not currently verify every host or participant.
Charges and optional contributions
Before a booking is confirmed, the app must show the ticket amount, platform fee and any optional organiser support separately. An optional contribution is not a charitable donation, Gift Aid payment or entry into a prize draw unless final reviewed terms expressly say otherwise.
Cancellations and complaints
Each activity states its cancellation deadline and refund/credit policy before booking. Final consumer-rights wording, complaint escalation and merchant-of-record responsibilities require legal review before launch.
