What happens when a paid activity is cancelled.
Before the deadline
Eligible cancellations may create a refund or reusable credit according to the event policy.
After the deadline
Refunds are not automatic. A host override must be recorded with a reason.
Beta limitation
Live refunds and payouts are disabled. The local simulator does not move money.
