BETA POLICY · LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED
Privacy notice
How the Exquisia beta handles your information.
What is public
Nickname, age band, short introduction, approximate area and activity reputation may be shown. We do not publicly show your legal name, full date of birth, email, phone, home address, exact coordinates, demographic answers or payment details.
Funding impact demographics
Age band, gender, nationality, religion or belief and broad area are optional. They are used only with recorded consent for aggregate funding impact reporting. They never affect booking, approval or session access. Exquisia does not infer these characteristics from names, photographs or locations.
Special-category protection
Religion or belief and similar sensitive answers are stored separately and encrypted in PostgreSQL. Only Owners and explicitly assigned Impact/Reporting Managers receive aggregate statistics. Cells below five people and unsafe filter combinations are suppressed.
Your choices
You can correct answers, withdraw consent or delete demographic answers. Withdrawal clears answers from new reports. Before public launch, the final notice will identify the data controller, lawful bases, retention periods, processor list and subject-rights process.
Location
Impact reporting uses postcode district, ward or another broad area. It does not return home addresses or precise participant coordinates. Public event maps and private impact data remain separate.
No advertising
Exquisia has no third-party advertising. Demographic answers, activity history and notification preferences are not used for advertising or sold for ad targeting.
Exact meeting details
Only the host and approved participants can access the exact meeting description.
Beta data
The private beta uses PostgreSQL for application data and encrypts sensitive demographic and safeguarding payloads. Production still needs reviewed retention, access, processor, incident and deletion procedures; no public launch claim is made here.
